About this role

The Service Delivery Manager Intern supports the delivery of Avertium’s managed cybersecurity services by coordinating with the Cyber Fusion Center team and assisting with internal operations. The role involves supporting service delivery tracking, customer communication, and leadership reporting while gaining exposure to cybersecurity operations and risk management. Interns will participate in meetings, assist with documenting action items, and help analyze operational data. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in cybersecurity service delivery, customer success, and project coordination.
