About this role

Airbus Helicopters UK Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Civil Helicopter Maintenance Projects, with a primary focus on Helicopter Emergency Medical Services, Private & Business, and National Resilience sectors. Reporting to the Head of Services Delivery, this role ensures end-to-end flow of base and off-site maintenance contracts regarding schedule, cost, and quality within a multi-functional matrix organization. The successful candidate will drive operational performance, manage project budgets, and facilitate collaboration across various departments including MRO, CAMO, and Commercial to meet contractual KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of civil helicopter maintenance contracts
Monitor and control project budgets, manhours, and schedules
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across the delivery matrix organization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
Conduct daily operational reviews to monitor SQCDP performance metrics
