About this role
The Service Delivery Manager (ServiceNow) will lead and govern end-to-end delivery and operations of the ServiceNow platform, interfacing between business stakeholders, development squads, and operations teams. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, meeting SLA/KPI targets, and driving continuous improvement across ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management areas. The position also coordinates sprint planning, releases, escalations, and provides executive reporting and platform governance oversight.
