Service Delivery Manager

Serco is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead the integration and operationalisation of fit‑for‑purpose Earth Observation services for the ESA Information Center. The role bridges advanced data technologies such as cloud, AI/ML and big‑data architectures with user‑centric applications that support Europe’s climate adaptation and green transition goals. The manager will act as the primary interface with stakeholders, ESA and industrial partners, ensuring service performance, scalability and timely delivery of complex projects.
