Service Designer

Steampunk is seeking a Service Designer to guide clients through its Design Intelligence® framework, providing research and design foundations for portfolio optimization, data governance, and identity modernization within a federal advisory program. The role involves leading discovery workshops, building service blueprints, and synthesizing research into strategic recommendations to ensure user needs drive every recommendation. This position requires collaboration within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality design and research artifacts.
