About this role

The IT Support Engineer serves as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, delivering 1st and 2nd level support to core business users within a 24/7 SOC environment. The role involves maintaining essential infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving IT incidents, and managing hardware and software assets across various platforms.
