Service Desk Intern

Ntiva is seeking a Service Desk Intern to support clients by handling troubleshooting calls, managing email communications, and preparing laptops and desktops. The role involves basic account administration in Office 365 and Active Directory, tracking scheduled work, and maintaining detailed case notes in the ticketing system. This part-time position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and is ideal for students enrolled in specific IT programs at West Virginia University at Parkersburg or Mountwest Community & Technical College.
