Service Desk Support Agent

The Service Desk Support Agent will provide technical assistance and support for the United States Capitol Police's communication systems within the Office of Information Systems Radio Services Division. The role focuses on maintaining radio equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to keep the radio fleet operational. This position is on-site at the Capitol Complex in Washington, D.C.
