Service Desk Support Technician

As a Service Desk Support Technician at Butcher Power Products, you will serve as the primary IT ambassador and first point of contact for employees facing technical challenges across the organization. You will provide in-person hardware deployment, troubleshoot multi-platform devices including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, and ensure seamless connectivity for critical manufacturing and office operations. This role also involves managing IT assets, maintaining documentation within the ITSM system, and bridging communication gaps between technical teams and non-technical staff.
