About this role
The Service Desk Transition Manager is part of the Transition Team within Managed Services, responsible for managing and executing client Service Desk transitions across Applications and IT environments, including technical, clinical, and patient portal services. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project schedules throughout the lifecycle of transitions and supports sales and contract activities related to Service Desk transitions.
