Service Director

The Service Director role at Swickard Auto Group is a single-store fixed operations leadership position responsible for owning the full service, parts, and body shop departments as a unified P&L. The position focuses on driving key performance metrics such as CSI, absorption, and gross profit while developing leadership talent and ensuring manufacturer compliance. This is a general application for future openings across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii.
