Service Dispatcher

The Service Dispatcher plays a vital role interacting with customers and acts as a support to our Contractors and Service Technician teams. This position is responsible for assisting customers with service requests, coordinating equipment installations, setting up fixed assets on customer accounts, purchase orders, invoicing and payment of vendors. The role involves dispatching technicians, managing customer inquiries, and supporting payroll and reporting processes.
