About this role

This role supports the introduction of new products by providing on-site and technical training to account teams, ensuring legacy lessons learned are integrated into new designs, and developing new service procedures. The position involves partnering with Quality & Reliability to address field issues, leading corrective actions, and aligning with global training groups to prepare trainers for new product rollouts. The incumbent will also drive issue resolution with Engineering, manage beta site test plans, and support manufacturing final testing.

Responsibilities
