Service Executive I

The Service Executive I manages the overall servicing relationship for assigned clients across all lines of business, collaborating with internal and external leadership to develop strategic plans and operational initiatives. This role serves as a central point of contact, advocating for clients to improve service, promote products, and oversee initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and successful issue resolution. The position also involves mentoring, consulting with senior leadership, and delivering updates to both Velera and client executives.
