The Service Guide role at Siskon Siivous ensures smooth and efficient operations at client sites by directing and supporting cleaning staff, managing quality control, and meeting client expectations. This position requires independent work with close collaboration with clients and the team, handling customer service situations in Finnish, and understanding Finnish work and safety instructions. The role involves organizing tasks, leading and motivating the team, and requires fluency in Finnish and English, along with a B driving license for travel between sites.
