NAITSA is hiring Service Hub Assistants for the 2026/27 academic year to support students with inquiries and campus support in a friendly, customer-service role. The position involves frontline student assistance in-person, via phone, and online, with responsibilities including providing information, referrals, and support for campus services.
NAITSA (the NAIT Students' Association) is the student-run, not-for-profit organization representing students at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton. It provides services, events, clubs support, and student-life resources — including health and dental plans, transit and discount programs, campus events and food services — while managing student space and funding. NAITSA advocates for student interests with NAIT administration and government, runs orientation and elections, and offers supports aimed at improving academic experience and campus life.
