The Integrated Service Lead will drive person-centred delivery of the Carer Gateway program in the Blue Mountains region, leading multidisciplinary teams and embedding community development strategies. The role focuses on building collaborative partnerships and ensuring services are inclusive, trauma-informed and culturally safe. Reporting to the Service Manager, the position supports local capacity building and service integration to meet community needs.
