Mace
The Service Lead provides accountable leadership for Mace’s initial support to ADP, directing the pre-mobilisation readiness review to ensure the client is prepared to mobilise its first airport delivery team safely and efficiently. This role acts as the principal point of accountability for the commission, providing strategic direction to the Mace team and maintaining senior relationships with ADP. The position ensures that programme-management, project-controls, risk, operational-readiness, stakeholder and approvals workstreams are integrated into a coherent mobilisation solution.
