Service Leader

This role serves as a creative and proven service leader responsible for pushing the envelope in food and beverage operations by understanding current industry trends. The position involves supervising and managing Ala Carte staff, training and developing the team, and assuming ultimate responsibility for service and operations in the absence of the Assistant Food & Beverage Director. The role requires close cooperation with other supervisors within the Food & Beverage department to ensure high-quality service standards.
