About this role

The Service Manager will lead the delivery and development of gambling support services across the West Midlands, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support for people experiencing gambling‑related harm. This role provides operational leadership, manages performance and budgets, and builds partnerships with commissioners, local authorities and community organisations to improve outcomes and innovate services.

Monitor service performance, quality, compliance and budgets using data
Promote Aquarius and the Gambling Prevention Service across the region
