Service Manager- SOC L2

As a Senior SOC Analyst L2 support for OpenText's Security Operations Center, you will investigate, resolve, and report on security alerts while collaborating with Tier 3 analysts and external clients. This role involves analyzing EDR, network, and cloud traffic to identify threats, developing security playbooks, and integrating automation through SOAR tools. You will also create custom dashboards, design detection rules, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation based in Hyderabad.
