Service Manager

An experienced leader will join the County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service as a Service Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality care pathways. The role involves overseeing service performance, managing budgets, and building strong partnerships with commissioners and stakeholders to support individuals affected by substance misuse. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with governance policies, and represent the organization at regional meetings.
