Service Manager

The Service Manager will lead the end-to-end operation of a critical service within a classified defense environment, coordinating technical teams and managing incidents, changes, and problems. This role ensures service continuity and availability by directing responses to critical incidents and overseeing the Change Committee. The position involves conducting root cause analyses, defining continuous improvement plans, and producing operational and executive reports with service indicators and SLA compliance.
