Service Manager

This role is responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the construction equipment service department while creating new business and maintaining customer relationships. The individual will coordinate activities with other dealership departments to best serve customer and employee needs. The position also involves adhering to safety regulations and monitoring departmental revenue and expenses.
