Service Manager

The Service Manager oversees the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. This role involves supervising the maintenance staff, handling groundskeeping and pool duties as needed, and ensuring the property is maintained to high standards. The position requires a hands-on leader with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to manage maintenance activities and coordinate with residents and vendors.
