Service Manager

Arlington Properties is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of their apartment community. This role involves managing all aspects of property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry, while ensuring service requests are completed promptly. The Service Manager will also coordinate with the Community Manager on budgeting, project planning, and vendor relations to maintain high standards and resident satisfaction.
