NeuroNav is a California-based service organization that helps children, teens, and transition-age adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities navigate the California Self-Determination Program. They provide individualized guidance—such as program enrollment support, person-centered planning, budgeting and vendor selection help, plus training and advocacy—to help participants design and manage their services and budgets. Focused on empowering families and young adults across California, NeuroNav aims to increase choice, control, and community participation for people with developmental disabilities.
