Service Operations & Queue Manager

The Service Operations & Queue Manager provides day-to-day operational oversight of incidents, service requests, and service-management queues across Uniphar’s internal teams and third-party suppliers. This role ensures clear ticket ownership, timely progress, and effective coordination within a multi-supplier environment while acting as a central operational control point. The position supports the development of the Global Service Delivery and SIAM operating model by proactively identifying service risks and SLA issues.
