Service Operations Specialist

The Service Operations Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end execution and control of the purchase order and supplier invoice lifecycle for a portfolio of services agreements. The role creates and maintains requisitions and purchase orders, validates invoices against contracts, and resolves exceptions to ensure accurate payment and reporting. It also supports cost‑saving initiatives, contract renewals, and serves as the primary point of contact for supplier billing and project management.
