Service Representative

The Service Representative provides efficient and highly responsive service to external customers, including credit union employees and insured members, as well as internal business partners. The role handles inquiries related to CUMIS Individual Life and Payment Protection products, processes policy changes, and supports the sale of payment protection products throughout their lifecycle.
