Service Representative

The Service Representative plays a key role in the disbursement of new loan accounting entries and manages maintenance and service requests for consumer credit products on the bank's internal platforms. This position supports internal and external customers, ensures data integrity, and handles customer communications related to existing loans. The role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in both English and Spanish.
