Service Scheduler

This role handles all incoming and outgoing calls to schedule service appointments for customers of the Kelley Automotive Group. The position involves following up on internet requests, inputting customer information into the Contact Management system, and ensuring timely communication with clients. The scheduler is responsible for confirming appointments, managing follow-ups, and supporting dealership operations to facilitate customer service.
