Service Specialist

The Service Specialist provides front and back-office support for a world-class law firm, handling tasks such as mail, copy/print, scanning, and office services. The role also involves delivering concierge-style hospitality and service support across assigned floors and client spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, meetings, and events. This position operates with a high degree of independence while coordinating with peers and serving as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and facilities support.
