Service Supervisor

The Service Supervisor is responsible for preserving and maintaining the physical facilities and grounds of the community to ensure they are safe and aesthetically appealing. This role involves overseeing all aspects of maintenance, including grounds, custodial, and emergency services, while assisting the Community Manager with daily operations. The position requires managing maintenance staff, handling preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring efficient completion of work assignments.
