Service Support

This role ensures timely process review, auditing, and invoicing of all service request tickets while preparing and coordinating Time and Material quotes. The position involves monitoring team performance, maintaining strong communication with customer engineers and district managers, and ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition for Vertiv Services. The role requires managing install base data, resolving disputed invoices, and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
