Service Support

This role involves coordinating daily service schedules and assignments for field engineers while supporting service administration tasks such as data entry, invoicing preparation, and ERP/CRM updates. The position serves as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding routine service administration queries and contributes to process improvements and team onboarding. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in both Japanese and English to ensure accurate and timely service operations.
