The Service Support / Operations & Deployment Engineer supports end-to-end IT operations and deployment activities across enterprise environments. The role covers NOC, Service Desk (L1–L3), production and data center operations, and deployment management to ensure system stability and timely incident resolution. The engineer will also coordinate hardware refreshes, branch/regional rollouts, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
