Service Technical Support

This role provides support for products throughout their lifecycle and transfers field-learned lessons to the engineering and product line teams. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to capture high-level requirements, define acceptance criteria, and translate them into clear, executable test cases to ensure optimal product performance and reliability. The incumbent will also create technical documentation for the LATAM region and coordinate engineering change processes.
