The Service Technician, Residential role involves accurately diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service. The position requires analyzing and resolving customer concerns, performing maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
