Service Technician Trainee

This part-time role offers paid on-the-job training to assist service technicians in basic service tasks while completing a two-year associate degree through an accredited John Deere TECH program. The position is designed to prepare participants for a future mechanic tech position, focusing on fundamentals and key technical concepts in electrical, hydraulics, and service. Upon graduation, individuals will become efficient service mechanic techs certified in John Deere’s core service areas.
