Service Technician

The Service Technician will handle resident service requests, troubleshoot and repair various systems such as plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and electrical, and ensure the community meets apartment living standards while complying with safety and fair housing regulations. The role requires on‑call availability for after‑hours emergencies and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
