Service Technician

This role involves servicing dairy farm customers by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing milking, refrigeration, and manure equipment. The technician is responsible for completing service calls professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing preventative maintenance and system checks to NMC standards. The position requires on-call availability for evenings and weekends, as well as collaboration with installation teams and management.
