Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including make-readies, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep, to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of residents. The role involves expediting service requests and maintaining excellent public relations for the corporation and the community. This position requires on-call availability and a strong background in independent project work within a multifamily housing complex.
