Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including make-readies, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep, to ensure resident health, safety, and comfort. The role involves expediting service requests, maintaining excellent public relations, and handling associated maintenance duties within a multifamily housing complex. This position requires on-call availability and collaboration with the maintenance team to address emergencies and routine repairs.
