Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for day-to-day maintenance work at the assigned Birchstone community, executing regular and preventative maintenance programs while ensuring timely completion of service requests. This role involves assisting with special projects, including capital improvements, and maintaining community grounds, common areas, and amenities to meet or exceed company standards. The position requires working on-call shifts to address resident and property emergencies while adhering to safety regulations and budget constraints.
