Service Transition & Project Manager

The Service Transition & Project Manager will own all activities required to transition new and existing customers into Managed Services, providing leadership, coordination and direction to ensure effective handover and operational readiness. The role combines service transition responsibilities with project management, overseeing planning, delivery, resource coordination, budgeting and stakeholder communication to achieve successful transitions and high customer satisfaction.
