Service Writer

The Service Writer serves as the primary liaison between the Branch Service Department and customers, ensuring timely contact and accurate information regarding equipment repairs. This role involves handling customer calls, troubleshooting service requests, scheduling repairs, and managing the status of all repair orders. The position also requires maintaining parts holding areas, filing warranty claims, and acting as a backup for the Parts Coordinator.
