Service Writer

Irwin Marine is seeking an organized and personable Service Writer to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The role involves documenting service requests, coordinating appointments, communicating estimates and repair progress, and maintaining accurate work orders from intake through completion. This position aims to deliver timely service and a positive customer experience by working closely with the Service Manager, technicians, and parts team.
