Serviceability Engineer

This role ensures orthopaedic surgical robotic systems are designed for serviceability, reliability, and exceptional customer experience by integrating Design for Serviceability principles. The position involves collaborating with engineering, Quality, and Field Service teams to develop service workflows, validate diagnostics, and support product development through launch. The engineer is responsible for creating service readiness plans, troubleshooting procedures, and training materials to minimize downtime in surgical environments.
