RDI is seeking two enthusiastic Service Managers to join the Information Management team, responsible for monitoring the performance of IV services for nearly 600 users supported by over 60 applications. This role involves proactively managing incident resolution, developing recommendations based on analyses to improve service quality, and creating management reports. The position is central to a major IV transition aimed at aligning services with future ambitions and improving quality levels.
